Short and plain: what we collect on this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

1. Information you send us
When you request a free sample or contact us, you give us your name, email address, website and details about your service and niche. We use it only to send your sample or answer you, and to send at most one follow-up about that request. We don't sell it, share it with other clients or add it to a mailing list.
When you place a direct order, we also use your details to send the payment request, deliver the research and keep a record of the order. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms processes the submission to deliver it; see their privacy policy for details.
2. Analytics and cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you.
3. How long we keep it
We keep sample requests and messages for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a client and we need them for our records.
4. Your rights and deletion
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@ecommercestoreleads.com or using the form below. We reply within 30 days.
5. Business data in our research
Our research covers businesses (Shopify stores) and uses only information the stores publish on their own public websites, such as a store's name, products, installed tools and the business contact details it lists. We don't scrape social networks or buy third-party data. Some small stores publish a free-mail address (like Gmail) as their business contact; we include it only when the store lists it on its own site. Any store can ask to be removed; see our data policy.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
