What the check looks at

CheckWhy it mattersNew US stores missing it
Email / SMS captureMost first-time visitors leave without buying. A signup popup or form is how a new store gets a second chance to sell to them.91.9%
Product reviewsShoppers rarely buy from an unknown store with no reviews. A reviews app collects them automatically after each order.84.9%
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) pixelWithout the pixel, Facebook and Instagram ads cannot measure sales or retarget visitors.84.2%
Google Analytics / Ads tagWithout it you cannot see where visitors come from or measure Google Ads.88.5%
Homepage meta descriptionGoogle often shows this text under your link. Without it, search results show random page text.72.5%
Social profiles linkedLinked, active social profiles are one of the first trust checks shoppers make.81%
ThemeFree themes are fine to start with, but thousands of stores look the same. Brand styling helps you stand out.64.1%
Homepage response timeSlow pages lose visitors, especially on mobile. Large images and too many apps are the usual causes.10.1%

Limits of an automatic check

The tool looks for known app and tag signatures in the public homepage. A store can use a tool we do not recognize, or load it later with JavaScript, so treat a "missing" result as a prompt to look, not a final verdict. Response time is measured from our server once, so it varies with location and time.
